In order to apply you need to have an account on our website: your unique profile.

I you do not have an account yet, you need to create it by clicking on the padlock icon located at the top of the page on the right, then click on the "Create my account" button.

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email containing the login and password of your account.

You can log on to your account at any time using the locker icon and update your profile, check the status of your applications, add any missing or additional documents, and so on

Please note that the email address you use to create your account will be the only one used for the application process, as well as for any communication with the IAE administration.

If you cannot use the above mentioned email any more, please be sure to contact us immediately and preferably by phone (please see: contacts de l'IAE).

USEFUL INFORMATION: Do you need to know if your application has been verified or evaluated? Do you want to see if your application has been shortlisted as eligible? Do you are eager to know if you have been admitted? You can check your application status 24/7 directly online by visiting your account.

 

If you are supporting the tuition fees directly by yourself, please skip to Step 3.

Depending on your personal and professional status, UnicePro will assist you in finding the best opportunities for financing your studies. Some examples: financing by your current employer, Unemployment Office financing plan, other French organisms (OPA Cif, OPCA, Fongecif, etc.) or public aids, apprenticeship contract, professional training contract, and others...

UnicePro office will then attempt to obtain one or more of the possible financing facilities for you and will inform you if your financing request has been approved by any of them and to what extent. If the funding is approved, it may be total or partial.

IMPORTANT: UnicePro will be your preferred contact for all financial matters: your fund raising request and your tuition fees. For all matters concerning the application at IAE, please contact the program officer in charge of the chosen program. (please refer to: contacts de l'IAE).

Fill in the boxes concerning your personal information.

Fill in the box “Déclaration sur l’honneur” (“Sworn statement”) and move on to the next step.

Choose the programs that you wish to apply for. You can select up to three (3) programs. Please make your choices in a (decreasing) order of preference.

Then click on "SEND MY APPLICATION"

Once you have chosen your preferred programs and sent your application the required documents will be displayed. Next to each of them you will find the concerned program and a short description.

Click on the “Choose file” button to select the files you will upload (PDF format is recommended), then click on the “submit your documents” button at the bottom of the page.

All mandatory documents must be provided in order for your application to be processed for the eligibility phase. Your application will be evaluated only once complete.

If you do not have all the required documents immediately, you can get back to this page later and complete your application, but mandatorily before the deadline (see Applications Timeline above).

SOME USEFUL TIPS:

-       No need to upload the same document for every program you apply for! The system automatically does it for you.

-       You can get back to your applications page at any time, to check your applications’ status or add missing documents, just by clicking on “My Applications”

-       If you happen to upload the wrong file or need to update a document, please contact the program officer concerned (please refer to: contacts de l'IAE).

Complete applications are reviewed by the Admissions Committee.

Eligible applicants are invited (by email) to participate in an individual interview with the Admissions Committee.

Applicants are informed of the Admissions Committee decision by e-mail

Interviews with the Admissions Committee take place at IAE NICE premises.

Your interview invitation email will state the exact date and time of the interview.

It is mandatory to attend the interview in-person.

The interview may be held by video-conference, but only upon special authorization from the Committee. The conditions of such a request are detailed in the interview invitation email. Interviews on the phone (without any video contact) are strictly forbidden.

During the admission interview you will be expected to demonstrate your motivation, present your professional project and show mastery (good knowledge) of the technical professional language.

For all international applicants: If you are applying for a program taught in French, you must prove a B2 level proficiency in French (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) .The level is verified by the Admissions Committee during the interview.

Applicants who are admitted after passing the admission interview will receive a notification email according to the Applicaton Timeline above.

Nota Bene: Please note that there are a limited number of seats available for each program. Waitlisted applicants will be contacted only in case an admitted candidate withdraws. No need to call us before that!

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

If your embassy, or consulate, requires an official “Certificate of Admission” in order to deliver your VISA, please send a written request in reply to the notification of admission that you have received from IAE NICE (University of Nice). Please remember to specify in your request your Campus France ID number.

ATTENTION: The original Certificate of Admission is sent to the address you have specified upon your application (it is the postal address in your profile). If you wish to receive the admission certificate at a different address, please clearly specify it in your request.

If you are admitted, you will also need to confirm your wish to be enrolled. The confirmation must be done manadtorily online trough your personal profile, and following the instructions contained in the admission email.

Once you confirm, you will receive an email containing the needed information for enrollment. You may also be required to provide additional documents.

Your confirmation is then forwarded to UnicePro to release the funding and start the enrollment process.

Once you have confirmed online, please contact UnicePro to arrange for the enrollment details and any payment of remaining tuition, in case your file had received partial funding.
